Photo Transfer Problem

Recently I have not been able to transfer photos from one album to another or to my SD card. I am allowed to select the photo or photos but when I select another album or the SD card the transfer window appears just long enough to tell me that it cannot make the transfer. The SD card is a 32GB and has less than 5% of it used.

Any ideas?

Do you have the same problem moving photos around between your phones internal storage? If it's only happening with your sd card I'd guess it's a problem with that. Can you transfer everything of it to a pc, format and see if it works?

I cannot transfer between any albums or to or from my SD card to any albums.

I was looking at some posts in the Android lounge and found one where someone mentioned dragging a photo from one album to another. I tested the idea and it works copying or moving one or a number of photos so it actually solves my problem.
