Help Volt 2 stuck in boot loop

Recovery logs indicate error /dev/tty0: no such file system found. Question: using only a SD card method, can i install a patch and if so where can i download it? Since its bricked already i may as well go for broke, can i install ROM (custom or other wise) via SD card slot with out wiping first? Any advice is welcome, thanks to all who help!

im tried to change the boot animation on my lg ls751 and now it will not go pat lg logo. rooted with kingo
no backup. i do have dumpstate and phone info files
