Help Bluetooth Issue Connecting with Sony B-trainer

I can't pair my note 8 with my Sony B-trainer (wireless bluetooth headset). Does anyone have the same problem?
 
I think it's not compatible with most device, I just bought S9+, can't connect either, Huawei P9Max, Mimax 2, Samsung S8+ all can't connect, only connect to Samsung S7
