Help voicemail notification

Ok another extremely annoying thing that’s has to be a bug!

When their is a VM why does the notification at the top my screen stay on! It’s ridiculous and annoying.

How do I get rid of it? I do remember somewhere I could delete the notification but I can’t find it now.

It might be a carrier thing because mine doesn't do that. When I have a VM i can either dismiss the notification or it goes away when I listen to the message.

So bizarre. There is somewhere on the phone where I was able to delete this annoyance. Somewhere hidden obviously as I don't remember.

Drives me nuts. It just keeps popping up

At last I found where to delete this .

I think I tapped on it lightly ...think it's really sensitive for short and long touches.

Grr anyways glad to get rid of it.
