I have buyed new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge yesterday, when I tried to use S Health app its shows knox error. Its because someone has rooted it. Now my device is on Android 7.0 and it is not rooted. I just want S Health to work. I dont need any root or any thing . Can someone plz help me. Screenshot shows its rooted but I checked with roor checker its not rooted

There are apps to undo some /root methods on Samsung devices but I don't think they're on the Play Store... After you use one of them you have to Factory Reset which deletes all your data. Don't even try to use a backup. Just start over.

Thankyou for your reply. I have a lot of data on my android and it takes a full day to copy from iphone to android. Is there a way that I dont lose any data
