Exchange Active Synch " Loading Messages"

Hi

I'm using Galaxy Note3. I'm facing issues when I'm using Email - Exchange Active Sync. All these days it was working fine. But recently when I try to reply to any mail it just shows a message " Loading Messages" then it wont move. I've to press back button and save it in draft then open it from draft to compose the mail.

What could be the reason? any one has solution for this issue.

Is this your own exchange account... Or are you connecting to your corporate account?

Acrive-sync was cool for PocketPC and Windows Mobile/Phone devices but Gmail rules on Android devices.

I bet there's an app for that that I just don't use any more

There have been a lot of issues with email on Samsung devices and exchange servers lately. It seems to be related to a webview update. Try going to settings>apps [menu>show system apps] >webview and uninstall updates. Then reboot your phone and see if it clears up.

I am having the exact same issue! I even went so far as to remove my email accounts and reinstall them. I looked in my applications as suggested but I can't find anything called webview?

I wasn't able to find webview under my applications but I went into my Play Store and found it under installed applications. I removed it and it looks like my email is loading and sending like normal! I am so relieved since I have gone through the pain of uninstalling all of my games, uninstalling and reinstalling my email accounts. I'm so glad to have found this thread.

You might find it listed under "Android System Webview" depending on your version of Android on the phone.

Thank You so much guys, It's also resolve my problem. What's the purpose of Web view? I Uninstall it via play store.
