HELP LG V30 (floating messaging icon)

i have an lg v30 and about 4 days ago i now have like a message icon on all screens, i can't get rid of it and it does nothing. How can i get rid of this, it is driving me nuts

Open Facebook Messenger (not the Facebook app) and tap on your profile picture in the upper right. Scroll down to chat heads and slide the slider to off.

How are you accessing this forum? Via a computer, or device? On the AF app or chrome browser etc. I think there are slightly different ways to upload a file/pic.
