The first think I would do is to boot into recovery and wipe the system cache. If that doesn't help, then you should consider a factory reset. Often times system updates can leave bits and pieces of the old OS hanging around just enough to cause problems.

This article gives you a pretty good set of instructions.

The short version is to turn off your phone, then press and hold power, volume up and bixby until the blue screen that says "installing updates" appears. Wait a few seconds for it to get into recover.
