New Year's resolutions

I resolve not to make any resolutions. ;)
How many people make the 'diet and exercise' resolution and by Jan. 2 are on the couch with a bag of chips and a beer, using their gym pass as a coaster and clothes hanging on the treadmill or exercise bike?

Many. The mistake people make is changing too much in one go. It's not sustainable. Instead of buying an expensive gym membership, or a treadmill, and using it for 4 weeks, why not commit to walking at lunchtime? Costs nothing, easy to do, and will definitely burn off a few calories.

My son is in a weight loss/body transformation contest that lasted a year. One thing the program teaches is it has to be sustainable and a little effort on any given day is far better than no effort. These are the two biggest things he took away from their program.

My resolution for 2018... I'm still trying to remember what I typed a year ago.:)

I resolve to give up using Facebook. Let's see how long my account deactivation lasts :)
I gave it up 3 or 4 years ago. I just got around to deleting my account last year though. It was easier than I thought.

Had two personal trainners, one got engaged and move away, his son draws "The Doorman" off Heavy Metal comics, the other one as well got engaged but it was too high in his schedule to fit me in with his schooling he does. I have none, just chill out.
