Samsung s5 sm-g900m

Lurker
I rooted my samsung s5 sm-g900m mobile working normally but when i boot mobile a msg on left side of top Set warrenty bit. Kernel what i do to slove this.

I don't know how to reset the warranty bit, or even whether you can. But since S5 is a 2014 handset surely it is out of warranty anyway by now?

Any working promblum will in future or not by this...? Set warranty bit
I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you are asking.

I'm guessing that you have a flag set that means that your warranty is void. But my question was whether you have a warranty or not anyway? I expect that most if not all S5's are already outside their warranty period, hence it's not clear that a warranty bit would make any difference to you.

Hopefully if there is a way to change this an S5 owner will read this thread and explain it.

It is out of warrenty but i want to hide or solve this msg ( set warrenty Bit)

I'm pretty sure the warranty void flag is determined during boot by a non-resettable e-fuse. I suppose a custom recovery and custom ROM would do it, because that would ignore the e-fuse stuff.

When you rooted you tripped the Knox security circuit and now it shows you've modified the device from stock. Nothing you can do to reset it. While this will void the warranty, as long as the phone works, I wouldn't worry about it.
