Based upon your other thread and the issues you are having, I would suggest a firmware flash. That should completely wipe out any oddities, including your own stuff, and put the device back to stock.
While I'm not familiar with the Nexus line, I've heard it is pretty easy to do so.
Someone I'm sure will chime in with more info ;)

Just to help more, who is your carrier, and what Android version is your 6P currently on?

Edit: probably your build number too, found in the "About Phone" section on your device

Yeah thank you appreciate it if for some reason it goes a little deeper than that I've already had flashed new filmware i put on trwp they have wipe in recover capabilities with memory did that 4 time now... depending where I'm at and how much i use the device it's switches right back over.. it seems like my place of residence which doesn't have Wi-Fi is more problematic I seen on occasion throw up codes for acquiring location 4 servers it's deep I've been dealing with it for a year and taking notes. Good I can leave the phone somewhere else and not much happens I bring it to my house within a day pending how much i use it of course it changes rite back to like it was before I flashed it.

From what somebody's home He felt like he was something of a rat pack but it never heard of it in Salfords the Rat Pack is opprobrium a thread of some sort the kids downloaded to your phone becomes a party or phone and slowly changes it over time now this problem has transferred into my laptop if I were to go to see the library to use the email the email will be unencrypted and ****ed up certificates excuse my French

After you've wiped everything in TWRP, I would assume you didn't wipe the /system partition, which would leave you without an OS to boot into.
So, I would suggest to either find the firmware for your device, flash it, (and presumably unroot you) , refrain from redownloading any apps and use it to see if the problem persists.
Or, find a compatible rom, flash it according to the rom instructions and use the device without downloading any apps and see if the problem appears.

I guess what I'm getting at is, something is buried deep in the /system which is rearing its ugly head.
That would be my best guess.

So, either find compatible firmware or,
find a compatible rom....
all in an attempt to wipe the system.
