Lots of Issues with new unit

I got LG V20 a week ago. It works fine most of the times but, freezes or crashes atleast once a day. Is it problem with only my unit or someone facing the same ?
It crashes while seeing Whatsapp status, and Instagram Stories.
when I turn wifi or cellular on after longtime like 2 or 3 hours.

Have had mine over a year and no problems. But, I don't have Whatsapp or instagram on my phone. I did try instragram and that would freeze, when first got phone, uninstalled it.

So it only crashes when seeing Whatsapp status and Instagram Stories?
If so, clear the cache and app data from both of those apps, uninstall, then reinstall, sign back in and try it.

I done that. I'll post again if that helps. Sadly, Instagram is preinstalled on my phone so, I can either disable or enable Instagram. Thank for reply.

I can't uninstall Instagram. I can only disable that. You don't have Instagram preinstalled ?

That sounds like a bad app. Long press the notifications and see what's raising them. I would uninstall it.

I can't uninstall instagram, I can only disable that. Whether you're getting pop-ups showing a particular app stopped working ? I'm getting that very often.

That sounds like a bad app. Long press the notifications and see what's raising them. I would uninstall it.

Swipe down the notification bar. Tap and hold on one of the notifications, it will pop up with an option to block notifications, more settings, etc. It will also identify what app if flooding your notifications with ads. Chances are it is doing other destabilizing things in the background.

Note: You may have more then one bad app installed, so you may not get them all at once.

I don't have any app other than whatsapp, messenger, Facebook, Instagram. I think It can't handle too much of notification arriving at same time.
