Usually I always charge my tablet when it gets down to 70 percent or less. But I never let it go below 50, and this is a new tablet, so it hasn't ever been below about 50 percent. But should I let it go below that sometimes?

Sure!

You can let it go down past that 50 percentile, no worries. You could even let it go down to 5 percent if you want.

Why don't you let it go down past 50%?

Well I wasn't asking if it's ok to let it go below that, I was asking if it's ok to not let it go below that. And the reason that I don't is because sometimes I don't need to use it, so I guess I might as well charge it.
