Cant get stufg i backed up to my sd card back to my phone

How did you back it up?

Like a dumbie i backed it all up to my sd card n im really phone n computer illiterate

How did you back it up? Did you export from the contacts app or use some backup app, and if the latter, which?

I just used the lg back up so i have no clue what its stored on in the sd card

Ok, I don't know LG software, but in general I'd expect a backup tool to have a restore option, so I'd look at the options in the thing you used to do the backup.

Unless you select different location I believe lgbackup uses internal storage which is not a good default.
