Floating bar

I'm using nova launcher and don't get floating bar on main screen it's on in the setting but not getting it on main screen.

Maybe it's a feature of the LG launcher? I don't have a V30, so we'll have to wait for someone who does have one to comment.

(I'm assuming that if you do use the LG launcher the bar appears?)

If you are hiding the home soft keys on nova the floating bar hides as well...
be aware of that.
Mine shows perfectly
