My Android is wet, and flash light is always on when I insert battery.
Is this the end of life?

Check to see if you have a cold wet one.... And use whatever is the opposite of that.

If you are in a relatively cool humid environment, then you should put your phone and battery in a plastic bag that seals (like a large Zip-loc) with dry, uncooked rice for at least 72 hours. If you have a warm dry area, then it would take less time.

Honestly, it's a crap shoot at this point, but it's imperative to keep the phone off until the internals are completely dry. Then and only then you will know if your device is cooked.

And, even if it comes back on, you may encounter odd behavior and have a significantly shortened life of the phone.
