Battery won't fully charge, worse with quick charge.

My galaxy note 4 battery doesn't fully charge even when left connected to the charger overnight. It charges up to 55% when fast charge is enabled and to 80% on standard charge, I use an adaptive fast charger certified for quick charge 2. However if the battery is removed and put back the percentage goes to 90%. Rarely does it increase to 100 after that. It sometimes charges to 100 from 90 when the screen is left on. Tried all sorts of stuff like wiping data/cache, letting battery drain then charging (still doesn't get to 100%), calibration with app, charging with phone off, changing cables and chargers , wall charging. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

You have a bad battery sounds like. Try one by Acevan, Anker or Rav off amazon... I've had excellent luck with all of those over several years with a multitude of devices.
Btw, unless you're just in an unavoidable rush, never use the quick charge option! The slower one charges any battery, the better it's life expectancy, period. LiPO's especially hate being charged at higher amp rates, almost as much as being over-discharged (the chief cause for swelling btw). Now, the LiON's typically used in phones these days are best cycled to 0% then fully charged (at not over 2 amps input) about 5 times when new. Atleast that's what the vendor instructions tend to indicate, and I've had nothing but success and increased time between charges following that 'break-in' procedure.
Best of luck! ✌
