Hello?
Looks for the share icon on the file or folder.
For file share the top file (2017 summer classic HC contacts.xlsx) in not shared and Baseball Roster is shared.
For folders the shared icon shows up as part of the folder icon. In this case Cookbooks is not shared while Disney is.

Those little people icons show up in the app too. On the top right, switch to list view. It makes it more visible on files. Folders show in exactly the same way
