well that is true.. because NOone know their limit..
till they reach it...then it is too late
once the pass that limit... they fail and cause trouble.
most times... that failure causes them to get fired.
loosing a great employee at 1 level down.
that is the real issue.
how to correct this ... failure just 1 level past compliance?
because it is hard to take 1 or 2 steps down.
the individual... if they can recognize their own limit and accept it.
find that same position in another company or department.
but that is hard to duplicate.
till they reach it...then it is too late
