Apps killing my ph

It is the cleaning apps making your phone hot and slow and killing your battery. Remove them and let Android's native task management do its thing.

You can just look at your battery statistics to see what apps are using power.
If the system settings don't provide enough information, a battery monitor app like GSam Battery Monitor will give you more details.

Sorry that this is kind of off topic, but what's up with you keep calling them APS instead of apps...
I know OT, but that often happens here in China, frequently written as APP, all upper-case. And I will sometimes hear it spelled out like "A P P", instead of them just saying "app".
Back to the original topic (please), it is not necessarily the quantity of apps you have installed. I have well over 200 on my phone and it runs all day and stays cool -- no problems. What you need to identify is what app(lication) or service is going haywire and using all the battery power, which is why your ph(hone) also gets hot.
