Message after unlocking

Whenever I unlock my galsxy so I get the following message ' no permission to show top window' it lasts for about 5 seconds before going off. Anybody?

Does it still do this after a reboot? If it's that some app has got itself into an odd state (failed attempt at multi-window?) a reboot would fix it.

Does the same after a reboot. I did a Google search and I am not the only person having the same issue. So far no one has solved it.

Found the answer after a lot of trial and error. Setting was in the edge settings solved

I am also having this same problem on my S8.....thinking about going to the Verizon store. Has anyone done a restore yet? I'm missing calls because the popup hovers over the answer button.

I didn't find it in the edge settings. I did do a reset of all settings and switch to a new launcher (nova). I am now back to normal.
