Deleted Music Files Reappearing

Hello all,

Something strange keeps happening on my HTC U11 Eyes. When I delete music that I no longer want in storage, a few days later them same delete files reappear back in my music library again! It's incredibly annoying.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I've deleted them from the internal storage and also from the DCIM folder.

Ok but what app are you using to play them with

Oh. It's the standard app that came with the phone. Google Play Music

You need to go into the app, settings, library and delete from there.
