It did go through a lot of battery right after the update as it did all its business but then it settled down and it's been decent. I don't think these things like doing huge leaps when they update, they prefer incremental ones so something like 4.4 to 6.0 makes the phone bug out for a bit.
Of course your experience may be totally different from mine. For the record mine is a Metro SM-G900T1, as I mentioned it was rooted but on a stock ROM.

When you are on kitkat they don't offer marshmallow you need lolipop so yeah. I always did it incrementally.

**** me, really? In the 3 years prior to that I'd got myself through the S1-4. Calmed down a bit now but never had a phone for more than 2 years as my battery always goes when my contract's about up. Can't just pop a new one in these days so any excuse :D

Now this is an honour. A post from yourself. How you, I, Hawker and Sid used to run the poor Mods on here ragged with our good natured, off topic, banter back in the day. Good to hear from you old boy! :D

Yeah I was surprised to see one of your posts on the front page. I wasn't going to miss the opportunity. I kinda think I'm making up for you, Hawker and Sid by myself. I'm not sure the mods really appreciate it though :p
