MMS not downloading

Tried multiple APN's and nothing works. I can send MMS but receive them. Mobile data is turned on. Any help? Using unlocked Verizon v30 on AT&T.

Was told that even with an unlocked Verizon phone and correct APN that MMS will NOT work. Switched to Verizon and MMS works.

MMS doesnt work well even when using in verizon or tmobile. I think using an alternative sns text app will be better. Not sure if that answers your question..

Try this: my stepson couldn't get MMS messages on TMobile on a Verizon branded phone until I changed the APN Types

From the Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
Tap Settings > Connections.
Tap Mobile networks.
Tap Access Point Names.

APN Type: default,mms,fota,hipri, supl
