Oreo OTA update

The Verizon Oreo update is available OTA in the USA.

I just finished downloading and installing. The download was a little strange. It tied up my phone for a few minutes then when it said it was downloading, it only took a minute or so. My phone is running ok but I haven't tried any new stuff. They did change the settings; the fonts, the layout and more. Good luck all!
UPDATE: I am getting a lot more alerts with my notification sound. It's sounding constantly and there isn't always a new notification. I did double check the Unread Notification Reminder and it is Off.

Has anyone found any new and exciting features. So far nothing fantastic. Am I missing something?
 
I am more interested in getting the latest security patch. I have the LG G6 and its not supposed to receive the update until some time in May or beyond. If arrives at all in May, June or July within five to six months it will be outdated software because Android P will be out. Once the latest version of Android is out the previous version is forgotten about.

According to the explanation included with the HTC 10's update, it has the latest security patch. However, it said the security update was Jan, 2018, which isn't current to me. Here is the quote from the information, "Software Version: 3.18.605.13
Android® Security Patch Level: 2018-01-01"
