I've been getting a readwrite error on my SD card ever since I put it in my S9, and it won't let me transfer my photos to internal storage. I've read about other s9 owners experiencing this. I've tried putting it in a SD adapter and pulling the files off to my computer, but it just crashes Windows Explorer. I really hope I haven't lost all of my photos. Anyone else experiencing this?

Nope, just use Linux (distro) for the PC. No drivers needed or watching Windows crash due to Windows being near useless for Android..
If you don't wish to change your PC operating system, you can always use a Liveboot disk/USB with Linux preinstalled on it and go from there
Is it a new card? If yes, can you be sure it's legit?
SD Insight will give you a bit more info on the card, whether it's corrupt/counterfeit etc.
