Change from fingerprint to face recognition?

Initially I selected fingerprint security for some of my apps. Now that I've started using facial recognition I'd like to switch to that but I can't find a way to do that. Any ideas? Thank you, Ernie

I don't have an answer, but I'd guess that it depends on whether the app accepts it. Since many phones don't support facial recognition it's possible that some developers just don't consider it, and as it's less secure than a fingerprint some may make a choice not to use it.

Hopefully someone with an S9 will be able to advise (my Pixel is one of the models that doesn't offer facial recognition, so I can't do any testing).

I haven't tried the facial recognition in the apps but I put the finger print and facial and iris recognition all three on my phone to open it and they all work fine. I would think you would want all three and then the apps that accept facial would work and the ones that don't could still use the finger print.
