Hod do I disable the focus lock beep?

I have turned off the phone sound, turned off the shutter noise on the camera, but it still beeps (and quite loudly) on focus lock when using the camera. Shouldn't there be a way to turn off/deactivate/silence that beep?

Anyone know how to?
 
Its a feature, not a bug. Its to keep you from taking pictures without someone hearing it happen. Its a big thing in japan to take photos of girls panties with out them knowing. So this is to deter things like that.
