I can't send SMS from my new NOVA 3e. Any help from there.

Is the phone new, or has it been working for a while and then stopped? Can you send SMS if you put your SIM in another phone? Does it work in safe mode? Do you get any error messages? What app are you using, and does using a different one make any difference? Are these SMS or MMS? Can you receive them? Can you send none at all, or does it only fail sometimes? Can you send SMS if you use a different SIM?
A lot of questions, but we need more than "it doesn't work" if we're to diagnose the problem.

Thank you sir for your time.
I got this fone brandnew 1week ago. At first I tried to send and it works! Then, the next time around I can no longer send my SMS. I did not try to insert the sim on another mobile. No error messages noted. I am using CM launcher and using the cheetah keyboard. Even in a default app the problem is still thesame. I just tried SMS only. I can received SMS, I can make calls. Only for sending is the mere problem. I have only 1 sim I did not use any other sim.
