Hi,

I don't know what happen with my phone that exclamation icon often show nearby wifi. I can't use internet to browse any website. Also, with mobile data even if it show 4G or 4G+ but I can't use the internet to browse website too as in picture attached. I've tried to find solution and followed all instruction but these problem still exist unless I restart my phone. Anyway, after I restart my phone and run for a while, that error come again and again. This happen often. Does it cause from phone or ISP? Could anyone help me?

Thanks,

khmerguy

The answer is simple. The error report appears with the solution too. Check your device date and time. Set the time zone according to your region. Then try once again to connect to the internet after rebooting the device.

Think it has got an internet connection, but the red https is the clue. This should be green. If the phone's time is wrong. the browser can't establish a secure private connection to Google....hence "Your clock is behind"

Unplug and restart your WiFi router at home.
If that doesn't work call your ISP and have them reset your signal

I have done like you recommend but it still doesn't work. It just connect for a while then the same problem happen again. Maybe I need to contact to ISP as you said. Thanks :)

What phone do you have and which version of Android is it running?

My phone is Galaxy S9+. :)

It could be a physical problem..maybe the antenna of the phone..

Yeah, it become like this when the connection is low not only wifi, but also mobile data. I don't know what it caused from even if I set date and time manually.

It could be also a bad SIM card..why don't you have it changed for a new one?..I still think is something physical even I always follow my Chinese pal's intuition..
