Help You can view two accounts in Google Photos?

It's just that I want to start over again with my phone
I want to restore it like out-of-the-box condition and start with a new account (because if I start again with the acc I already have, it's going to install everything like I had before and I don't want that) BUT I want to use my actual account in google photos, because there I have all my photos... Can I view/use two accounts? (the old and the new)

Yes you can but you can't view them at the same time. You can add as many accounts as you want with each having a partition in your storage space on your device but with each having its own individual storage space in cloud services.

Or you could keep the account you have and NOT install everything like you had before....
