Smart view problem

hi.
every time i try to use smart view on my s8, it takes a few minutes to find my tv, its a samsung smart tv and after a minute it s says to unplugg my connected tv cable, plug it back in and try again
i did that a few times but it didnt work
and ideas or solution?

i noticed that it recognize my tv very hard, and when it does, it connects and after a minute and the smart view box dissapears and it says: try to unplug the device cable and try again
but now my tv wont be recognized
my firmware is ver 2008
