Hello! My phone seems to be having some troubles. A lot of the times (9/10) while i'm watching videos, the video will pause over and over again? It usually happens only 3 times, but after it does my volume starts lowering and then going up, and then google assistant tries to start up. I disabled google assistant a while ago, but it still tries to boot up. I don't think it's a virus because both my antivirus don't pick up anything. Is this just a bug? How can i fix it?

First of all have you power cycle your phone meaning turn it off waiting a few minutes and turning it back on?
Yes, it temporarily fixes the problem. After a few hours it comes back.

Yes that would be a good idea considering there's a number of things that can make your phone act that way. But I'm leaning towards an update that hasn't been installed.
I'm unable to take it into a shop, since we don't really have money. (I'm not even sure if it costs money but I'd like to not bother my mom with this.) I've noticed it only really does all of this when my headphones are plugged in. I've cleared my cache and did everything that I knew to disable google assistant.
