Which file on my phone contains the website addresses/URLs? How do a copy or transfer those sites from the phone to a computer? I will soon buy another phone and need to save the sites.

I have a Galaxy Grand Prime. I use the browser which came with the phone.

Do you mean bookmarks? I don't know the Samsung browser, but I'd look through its settings for an option to back up, export or sync them. It may keep them in a folder in the visible part of your storage, but most keep them in /data/app or /data/data, where you can't access them without root.

Try going to the Play Store and do a search for 'bookmark manager', there's a number of them. Pick an appropriate one and see if that does what you need.
Even if you weren't looking to switch to a new phone it's a good idea to have a backup solution set up anyway.
