You posted a similar question in the Samsung J5 forum. Are you asking about the same phone or are these different issues?
 
If it's prompting you for a password, then there certainly is one. If you didn't set it, then where did it come from?

If you've never used a password before, it really is an oddity that it's prompting you for one. Have you tried just restarting your phone to see if the same issue is there? Maybe you just inadvertently were trying to log into some other service by mistake.
