Help How to contact support for an android system app

Hello.
My Neffos Y5 by TP-LINK phone has a Notes app by default. I have lots of notes on it, but some time ago I edited a specific note, and now everytime I try to open it the app closes saying "We are sorry, the Notes app was stopped.". Now I can't access that note, even though I can see the start of the note (like that - see second image).

This app is not installed by playstore, I can't find it anywhere there, it's just a system app that came with the device, version 0.8, it doesn't have any Support option or anything with contact from its developers, and I would like to know where I can access the files for the notes so I could get the text from my note, or even fix that note if possible.

Does anyone know how I can get contact with android system app developers, or how I can access the notes files (it's not on internal memory, the few folders that contain "note" don't have any files)?

Here's the Developers email address

Feedback.app@tp-link.com

Yeah, a month has passed since my first message to that email address (I resent another one a week later), and no reply other than 2 immediate automated messages (for each of my messages) saying my case had been recorded and their engineer would contact me as soon as possible.

I could only direct you towards the source you were inquiring to contact, but I can't instruct the source in contacting you. I'm not sure it's being looked into if it's not a purchased app and something that you downloaded and installed for free. I suggest you do some homework on the company developers itself in finding out how their customer support is and reviews if you can find any. You have to keep in mind that the device manufacturers usually don't have anything to do with the devices app Developers unless is a all-in-one company. I would just find another Note application out of the hundreds that's out there to use.

I know you can't do anything about them, I was just posting in case you know something more I could try.

Also remembering this app is a system app, so I must have it installed anyways.

Thanks for the help.

All I can say is to make a pest of yourself, if you are so inclined. Post some bad reviews based on your experience and maybe file a complaint with the BBB if you think it's that serious of a problem. If that sort of negativity doesn't get someone to sit up and take notice, then chances are they don't respond to anything.

Can you clear cache from the offending app?
Go to settings, apps, notes and choose clear cache. Reboot
