I'm not understanding your question... I have never seen anything like that. What app is displaying the news feed? Just disable or remove it.

Looks similar to the edge panel on my S8, where as you can download feeds to slide in from the edge of the screen.

So it's either something like that or a widget that has been downloaded that is loaded with ads.

Try to long press on the news feed items to see if you can delete the widget/drag to bin to clear it.

It was a Damm camera app call Big camera had all that shit come on my phone but thanks for your help lol 😂

Glad you found it. Always beware the "free" apps on the store, at the very least you should always check their permissions and reviews before installing.
