LG V20 Starts Getting Android 8.0 Oreo

The LG V20 is getting Android Oreo as we speak. Its currently being roll out in South Korea. The USA should the update around MID-August. I think VZW will be the first U.S. carrier to offer Oreo to the LG V20. I can't wait. I'm HYPE
 
Update is nice except now my 'Back' arrow disappears off the screen and have to constantly slide up from bottom to have it reappear. Don't really care for this feature.

how did you get the update - via tmobile or sprint. if sprint how did you get a sprint Over the air Update while on T-mobile network.

after that oddity - unless they hard locked something in the software I see no reason why you couldn't use T-mobile since it shouldn't disable any of the hardware. If nothing else - look up how to remove the OTA update - usually there is a complicated method of re-flashing the mobile.

But I think mostly tmobile wants you to get their device on contract fee.
