I can't down load from internet

I can't down load apk files from the internet. I'm trying to find the app that's was used to download it before cause it let me download them before. But I need help. I have a blade x zte so yeah plase hlep if you can it say can't find app to open it. And ik it let me do what t before so yup help me if ny one still use this app.
 
What exactly is stopping you from downloading? If it's Chrome, it might be a permission issue.

You could try Brave, Opera, Firefox or Edge to download those apk files you want.
