I looking for some help on what going on with my android oh sorry my name is holley I have had some kind of malware or virus take over in the last week its hiding mostly in the play store ive gone to safe mode and tried deleting the more i mess with it the more pissed off it gets its hacked and change all my password downloaded all my personal files and sucking data and memory drive it have even change my phones internal settings
 
Hi, Holly it's very unlikely there's malware hidden in your devices Google Play Store. If you're data connected via MSP or ISP, Try Going to Google Play Store and download and install and run Malwarebytes and see if anything show up in the reults after it scans your device. If nothing is found go to Settings > Apps> Google Play Store↓
>Cache and Clear
Next Chrome> Cache and Clear
Next go to> G <>Google apps↓
> Connected Apps
Disconnect any unwanted website's or Apps you have no use for.
Next Restart the Device and see if the problems still exist.
If you find Malwarebytes of some use to you, you may want to keep it and become a subscriber. If not just uninstall it. If you still think the malware monster is hiding in your device just let us know so we can take another approach to your situation.
