Help Galaxy Note 3 [Warning Recording Failed]

Hello I'm having troubles with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 I cannot record video it always gives me the warning recording failed I don't know what's wrong I can take pictures no problem I was able to route my storage to go on my SD card and I have already cleared the cache of the camera application nothing of those or working I would like some help.
I also upgraded the OS on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 to the marshmallow 6.0.1

First off there are probably better qualified people to respond. But until they do. Here is what I can tell. The note 3 launched in September of 2013, we are weeks away from September 2018, that makes the note 3 five years old. I know generally speaking cellphones are giving a life expectancy of 18 months to two years some even going for three years. The Samsung note series seems to last anywhere from one year to three years after all support has been stopped. My wife's note 2 lasted 5 years. It ran almost flawlessly for about a year and half after it stop getting support.
Eventually wear and tear from daily use did it in. The software and hardware of all phones will give out. Your choices are do a restart, factory reset, take the phone to repair shop or purchase a new phone perhaps a note 9???

Was that an official OTA Samsung upgrade or some custom ROM? Did the video stop working around the same time it upgraded?

This is a Samsung OEM ROM from a note 6 is it possible that the video feature doesn't work everything was working before the only reason why I upgraded is because a lot of the applications were requiring a newer Android system so I decided to update it that way with the Samsung OEM ROM.
It depends if there is a specific ROM compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
