I put on a Zizo screen protector and it does not come up on the edges when I put my case on but the I have e to press a lot harder on the edges especially. But I guess it's the trade off for having the screen protected, at least for now.

Update: well I ended up taking this screen saver off. It got worse and ruined the whole experience of using the phone

I always recommend IQ Shield if you do not want glass; it can either go full coverage on the screen, or just off the egde if you use a case. Either way, it is smooth like glass and does not interfere with the S-Pen.
