Pin /Pattern lock option missing in Security settings

Sir I am not getting PIN LOCK /Screen Lock option in my phone. I came to know about this proprob when I want to do factory data reset in my phone. When I click on factory data reset it seems to add screem lock password and when I enter the regular password. It is not accepting. So I went to settings to check/Change screen lock pin. But screen lock pin change option missing fromsettifrom. On the other hand when will lock my phone with power button it lock as regular and when I open it is accepting the screens lock pass

word regularly. But sames password not working while factory data reset and when options for changing password missing from security settings.

I don't know this phone or even what Android version you are running, but are you sure you've not wandered into the "advanced" security settings or some other submenu? That's where the settings on your screenshot are on my phone, rather than the ordinary security settings where the screen lock is.

It must be somewhere in the menu tree.

The feature is stock Android, it couldn't be disabled by phone manufacturer.
