More details please. What is the actual name of the backup app and where did you obtain it?
If it was a LG phone to a LG phone it wouldn't be much of a hassle, but iPhone to Android is always going to require more effort.

It is the default app on all LG device.

The process switching from an iPhone to an Android phone isn't a trivial one. If you're looking for a one app/push a button solution there isn't one. The LG app will only 'possibly' work out when it involves a Android-to-Android but you're dealing with two different platforms, with one (Apple) that intentionally opts to make switching platforms easier to import than export, so you're going to have to put in some effort on this. Start by reading that link I posted above to get a better concept on what's involved. And that's just one of many, there are plenty of other articles online that you might find easier to follow.
