Note 9 secure folder issues?

Has anyone had issues trying to move things out of the secure folder and back into the regular gallery? Usually when you click on an item and then press menu it says move out of secure folder. But now that option is not being displayed and I can't move any of my materials back to my gallery. Can anybody please shed some insight on how to correct this?

Hopefully someone reading this thread knows about the Note9 and can answer your enquiry. FWIW I've never seen a phone or tablet with this "secure folder" feature. I assume it's a device specific feature.

It's on all the new Galaxy's. S7, S8, S9, and notes.
 
Still no love? There is no option to send things out of the secure folder back to the gallery? Someone has to know how to do it....
