Help Strange email return

markdoc

Android Expert
It started October 5th. I get a email that is returned due to no such address found. The email is from googlemail.com and I am getting it approximately every hour. The email address that doesn't exist is "you@domain.net". It isn't being sent from my email app and that email address isn't in any of my contacts. I've attached a screenshot. Does this mean that someone is using my email? Does anyone know who to talk to to stop this? I've routed it directly into spam so it isn't irritating, however I'd still like to stop it. I use Maildroid Pro for email and Verizon is my carrier. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's possible someone has spoofed your email rather than is using it. I don't suppose the full headers of the email tell you anything more about where it originated? That's the only thing I can think of to diagnose the source.

Unfortunately, yes, she died 3 years ago of bone cancer. You're obviously a dog person. Thanks for the kind words. Have a great day.
