Hello there and welcome to Android Forums!
Rootpa, not sure whatcha mean by that.
Root/Rooting = Administrative Access, Does not come with phone, usually requires deliberate intention to succeed.
PA? Possibly abbreviation for Paranoid Android, ROM/OS.. Custom ROMs or OS's sometimes come with Root but that is mostly a thing of the past as most of us don't build Root within the ROMs anymore
???? Please clarify. Where do you see that and what does it have to do with your original inquiry which, I also am unclear on what you mean?
