Questions on Dual Sim Versions

1. Which DSDA version works in both US and Canada? (DSDA = dual sim dual active)
2. Is it 4g lte on both slots ?
3. does it have a sd card ? what is the capacity ?

This page lists dual-sim only in Asia and that too not the snapdragon chipset:

Well there is a dual-SIM Note9 Snapdragon variant, the SM-N9600, only sold and distributed here in mainland China, because of China Telecom CDMA. And the only other dual-SIM is the SM-N960FD Duos, sold in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa, which is Exynos.

The SM-N960FD Duos should work with some carriers in the US, but not Verizon or Sprint, or any MVNOs on those networks because of CDMA. However this variant isn't sold there, except for grey import.

FYI Samsung only makes Snapdragon variant phones for US, China and Japan, because of CDMA networks in those countries, everywhere else is Exynos which doesn't support CDMA.

Exynos chipset does not work with at&t and t-mobile right ?

Will this work with at&t and t-mobile ?

The international SM-N960FD Duos Exynos variant does have the US bands and modes for AT&T and T-Mobile. However I believe you won't get certain carrier provided features, like WiFi calling. Your other question about DSDA = dual sim dual active, that I don't know for sure.

Question:
SM-N960FD Duos, Can sim 2 be the only 1 active ?

Context:
Reason I ask is on the dual sim note 4, only sim 1 slot remains active and sim 2 does not work (issues with carrier and country). Hence on note 4 it is painful to PHYSICALLY switch out carrier to carrier 2.
