Ussd code running problem

I have a problem on my samsung note 4 s-lte(korea) i am a globe user and everytime i dial *143# it says ussd code running and load for a long time and after it appears "undefied additional service." How to fix it. Pls help. Thanks

Pls did you get a solution to this problem? If yes, I need to know because I have the same issue with my samsung galaxy note 4.
