Modified USB cable

Does anyone know how to make the modified USB cable needed to force a hard bricked Owens into download mode?
 
Really, unbricked it like 5mins ago.. Doing some charging and then testing for verification of function without sdcard
 
So.. I have fastboot capability back and seems almost normal but device doesn't boot without sdcard until I make or find the actual newest Firmware to reinstall via fastboot

Well just getting to the point of possibly being able to reflash stock firmware is a huge step in the right direction... You rock
